This tea maker operates exactly the way Iranian and Turkish people like to make tea, brewed on boiling water. Many of my friends have the same and recommended me. I purchased it but since my old tea maker was repaired, I had to return it. I am quite happy with the customer service, though. They were attentive and supportive for all my questions and made the return process very easy. I will definitely buy the same from Bariton in the future.

The tea maker was o.k. but not for me, I wanted to return it and had to pay $36 to return an item worth $160. This is unreasonable, should be able to return for free or a small fee but want to discourage returns is my guess. Be aware of this befpore you purchase.

I am really satisfied with this tea maker. In my opinion, there is no weakness. Even after boiling, we can adjust to the desired temperature so that it always remains at the same temperature.

Greate tea maker set. It would look much better if the writing (On/Off, Boil, etc) were engraved instead of ink written. Two of my set buttons ink are wiped out! Additionally, a button to lower the temperature.

Greate tea maker set. It would look much better if the writing (On/Off, Boil, etc) were engraved instead of ink written. Two of my set buttons ink are wiped out! Additionally, a button to lower the temperature.

Looks great and works well. The only problem is that while puring tea, it can get a bit messy due to the water under neath the tea pot which is caused by the steam from the boiling water. The tea pot is also made out of thin glass.

I recently purchased a this kettle from Bariton and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. The kettle was made of cheap, flimsy material.When I wanted to return it, I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. This is unacceptable, as I should not have to pay for the return of a faulty product that was clearly not up to standard. Although I did not use that kettle more than twice and it was completely brand new, after returning that they reduced more than 35$ and when I asked about the reason they said you damaged the kettle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Overall, my experience with Bariton was very poor and I cannot recommend them to others. The products were of low quality and the customer service was unsatisfactory. I advise potential customers to look elsewhere for better options

In less than a week the labels disappeared and kettle generating lots of white stuff inside.In 5th week rust appears and practically this $200 kettle is a garbage now, don’t waste your money and don’t buy it.

It’s nice to see water boiling but it’s stated leaking water or steam (not sure) after 2 months of actual using it. Water is in the base when you take it out of the base to fill it. I had no idea if steam came out from under the handle when it’s done working and inverted to water while not using/cooling , or water leaks from under the handle. Base and under the kettle need to dry before using it.

It’s quiet and easy to maintain and boiling the water is very fast. At the same time, you have hot water and tea at your desired temperature. Very good for small counters/kitchens. As we are very satisfied I ordered another one for my sister.
