    It looks great, is made of good quality materials, and is different.But – the entire thing shuts off every hour and there is no way to keep the water hot. The water boils and shuts off even if the tea/coffee is being kept warm. Every hour we hear the loud “beep” and go back to turn it back on and set the temp to 90. It also doesnt keep the last temp it was set at so every hour it’s like setting it up all over again.We’re 4 heavy tea drinkers here and just isnt making us happy. This one will go into a donation box soon and we’ll get one of the ones we can keep the hot water at the temp we like.

    Although the lid of the kettle is somehow challenging and may seem annoying at first, but once you drink your tea, this issue fades away!It’s easy to use, boils the water as fast as possible and have a temperature control for coffee/tea brewing.As an Iranian tea lover, this is a good way to feel like home in Canada 🙂

    Bought the kettle. When I tried using it it didn’t work. Returned the product back and only got about 50% refund. The seller charged 50% for restocking fee. It was a defective item. When I contacted the seller they refused to give me a full refund and claimed that I returned a different product which is ridiculous and wrong. Please be careful of this seller. They are a scam and are selling defective units.

    I bought this tea maker last year and it has been the worst purchase that I’ve had. The water is leaking from the bottom of the kettle. And the Electronic sensor is not even hot enough to keep the tea warm. The worst part is they have very very weak customer services. Their office is always closed and they don’t even answer their phone

    The kettle light stop working in 1 month. The kettle leak and break the bottom parts in the second month. The workers respond slowly on email. Normally takes over a week to respond during conversation. WILL NOT RECOMMAND YOU TO BUY THIS.

Wondering why it hasn’t been checked for functionality before leaving the production cycle!!!Not easy to clean technically if you want it shiny and stainless you should spend a good amount of time after each for a deep cleaning. The leaking and lid issue make this product unsafe for certain demographics such as youth and or seniors
