Eligibility: Customers may return any unused product purchased from us within 60 days from the day of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, including the original box, instructions, and all other items in the package.
Return Authorization: The customer is responsible for contacting the carrier to schedule a pickup and drop-off of the package as soon as they receive the return authorization or Return tracking number.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
Restocking Fee: In case of a mistaken purchase or the customer doesn’t want the item, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount.
Required Information: Customers must include their order number inside the package and keep a copy of their return tracking number, order number, and return tracking number.
Refused Items: If a customer refuses to accept the package, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Manufacturer’s Defects: If an item has a manufacturer’s defect, customers should return the defective product, and a replacement will be promptly shipped.
Packaging Requirements: The returned item must be in new condition as originally shipped, and all original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included. Returns without these items or a tracking number will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Exchangeable or Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been manipulated, have different serial numbers, or have been purchased from other sellers cannot be exchanged or refunded. The customer is responsible for arranging shipping to retrieve such items from our warehouse.
Tracking Number: It is recommended to keep the tracking number to ensure that BARITON INC successfully receives the returned item.
Loss or Damage Responsibility: BARITON INC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to the item during transit back to us.
Notification and Processing: Once the item is returned, customers should keep the tracking number and contact us to notify our returns department. We will promptly process the exchange or refund based on the customer’s preference.
